On the lookout for federal grants.
Grant Lookout follows US federal funding opportunities and tells you about new matches, moved deadlines and amended notices on your phone, so a grant you could have won does not close while you were busy.

What it does
Plain-language summaries
Funding notices run to dozens of pages. An AI-written summary sets out what is funded, who can apply, how much, what is required and the key dates. Each date and dollar amount is looked up in the notice, and any that cannot be found is flagged for you to double-check.
Alerts when something changes
Deadlines move and notices are amended. Grant Lookout compares every opportunity with its last copy and tells you what changed, field by field, along with reminders before a closing date.
Shared with your organization
Invite colleagues to an organization and keep one list between you, with everyone's notes signed. Your own saves stay private.
Saved searches that do the watching
Say what you are looking for once: keywords, agencies, who can apply, award size. Save as many searches as you have interests, and new matches come to you.
A pipeline, not a pile of bookmarks
Mark each saved opportunity as considering, applying, submitted or skipped, and keep notes on it. A deadlines view puts what closes soonest at the top.
Quiet when you want it
Choose which alerts you get and set quiet hours. The app never sends more than a handful at once, and a correction that touches hundreds of listings arrives as one line.
Who it is for
- Small nonprofits without a grants officer
- Tribal and local governments, and school districts
- Researchers looking for their next award
Where the data comes from
Every opportunity comes from Simpler.Grants.gov, the federal government's public listing, checked every hour. Each one shows when it was last checked and links to its official page. You apply there, not here: Grant Lookout helps you find and follow opportunities, and the application stays with the government.
